Ms. Linda Davis founded Ultima Construction, Inc., in 2000, Brooklyn, New York as a Specialty Contractor. Ultima, over the past couple of years became a full fledge General Contractor and Subcontracting Company.

She certified the firm as a WBE company with New York City and State, servicing city agencies and private sector. During the years, Ultima has completed more than fifty (50) projects as a General Contractor and Subcontractor. She has done this task of a focus and reputation on productivity, profitability, and providing the highest degree of quality workmanship for each project—all of this wrapped around company growth over the years.

Armed with a technical background, she is focused on fulfilling her goals of becoming one of the most outstanding WBE firms within the construction industry. Her aggressive approach as a “go-getter” and eagerness to take her company to a higher level has propelled her to amend her trade code status from being a specialty contractor to a General Contractor & Subcontractor, where she is able to utilize her skills on more challenging and diversified projects.

In 2009, Ultima received “ Women Business Enterprise of the Year ” Award by New York City School Construction Authority's Mentor Program.

Ms. Ucar’s education began in Mechanical Engineering and transitioned into a B.A. in Organizational Management at Cabrini University, Radnor, PA
